Is the Explorer membership really free?
Yes. Explorer is free for life and you don't need a card to join. You get park updates, the member Facebook group and your digital member card right away.
How do I use my member discount?
Show your digital member card at check-in or in the park store at any participating park. Staff scan the QR code on your card to confirm your membership and apply your discount. Participating parks carry a gold "Member discount" badge on our map.
Where do I find my member card?
Log in and open My Account. Your card shows your member ID, level and a QR code. Save the page to your phone's home screen so it's one tap away at check-in.
When can I get Roadrunner or Trailblazer?
Roadrunner and Trailblazer are coming soon. Join free as an Explorer today and you'll be among the first to hear when they launch.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, update your card or cancel anytime from My Account. If you cancel, your perks stay active until the end of the year you paid for.
Which parks are part of Good Life?
Every park on our map is part of the Good Life network across Florida, Texas and California. We add new parks regularly, and members hear about them first.
